Introduction
While Umbrella's mutant T-Virus weaks havoc in Raccoon City, unknown to the rest of the world, another city faces a similar fate.

Fleeing the chaos, a solitary helicopter crash-lands, adding to the confusion. A lone survivor crawls out and desperately tries to escape the burning wreckage.

The chopper explodes and the man is knocked unconscious. It is night when he comes to his senses. "How much time has passed?"

He hears echoing voices of crying and moaning all around him. His mind in a haze, he starts to walk. He finds himself on a deserted back street.

"Why am I here?"
