BOOK #1 - UMBRELLA CONSPIRACY
The first book in the series takes place just as you are playing the first video game. It explains in detail a little about the backstory of the STARS team and all of the people involved. It gives full detail about some of the puzzles and clues you find in the original game and makes more sense out of all of it. This is a great book to read if you are a little confused as to why things are happening the way they are in the very first game. It follows Jill and Chris through their journey together in the mansion and the scientific laboratories underneath the estate until they come across a man who has sold them out for the price of money and many deaths of their comrades along the way. A very thrilling ending to a very mysterious and excellent book. My favorite of them all.

BOOK #2 - CALIBAN COVE
After the mansion incident, the surviving members of the STARS team are blackballed and wanted for arrest. Working underground, Rebecca Chambers is chosen to escort the Maine district of STARS agents into another Umbrella facility they have come across on the oceanic shore in the northeast. Rebecca's knowledge and survival of the mansion helps her team, but not enough. All members of the STARS Maine unit perishes except for a few, but Rebecca manages to come out unscathed yet again. David Trapp is the leader of the Maine team and begins to find himself a little attracted to the young Rebecca Chambers at the end of this novel. This is simply a fanfic by S. D. Perry and has no affiliation with any of the Resident Evil games.

BOOK #3 - CITY OF THE DEAD
A few months have passed since the mansion incident on the outskirts of Raccoon City. Another virus is being experimented on right underneath the city in a secret facility only known by Umbrella and the police chief. When Umbrella wants the virus before it's finished, head researcher William Birkin fights back, but ends up getting shot. He injects himself with his own virus and the virus begins to spread throughout the city at a rampant rate. Claire Redfield enters the city looking for her brother but finds herself in the middle of a contagion while Leon Kennedy reports for his first day of duty in Raccoon. Together, they team up and rescue William's daughter Sherry Birkin and manage to escape the city before a nuclear strike occurs.

BOOK #4 - UNDERWORLD
This is yet another fanfic from the mind of S. D. Perry and has no affiliation with any of the video games. There are many weird creatures in this novel not seen in the games. After surving Raccoon City, Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield is met up with Rebecca Chambers and David Trapp and the four head to the midwest United States to investigate another secret Umbrella facility ran by the crazed Trent Reston. They end up inside of the facility and Reston begins killing his own employees and releasing creatures out before they can sabotage his work. Leon and Rebecca make it out of the facility before it closes up and self destructs, leaving Reston inside to die with his evil creations as yet another Umbrella facility bites the dust.

BOOK #5 - NEMESIS
This book actually backtracks to the time of Book #3 in Raccoon City before it explodes and happens at the same time. Jill Valentine is stuck in the city and Umbrella has released a creature never seen before and it's after her and remaining STARS members. As the virus begins to spread throughout Raccoon City, Jill meets up with some expendable Umbrella mercenaries and together, they try to make it out of the city alive before Nemesis kills them and the nuclear strikes occurs. They find out that one of the mercenaries has turned his back on them. It finally comes down to Jill and Carlos Oliveira as the only survivors as they fight to the outskirts of the city and are picked up via helicopter by Barry Burton at the last moment in Nemesis' final transformation of a killing spree.

BOOK #6 - CODE: VERONICA
Another Umbrella facility has been found, but not the usual way. Claire Redfield is captured trying to bombard the Umbrella HQ in England. She is sent captive to a private island that also serves as an Umbrella facility. A rival company to Umbrella decides to strike the island and renders the virus leak on the premises. Claire must fight her way out and comes across another prisoner named Steve Burnside. Together, they have a little romance as they try to survive and end up on another island in Antarctica, being stalked by two members of an insane family that runs the two islands for Umbrella. Chris comes to save his sister at the right moment, but is too late for Steve. Wesker shows his face, revealing that he has jumped to the rival company and it was all his fault as they all leave while the complex explodes.

BOOK #0 - ZERO HOUR
This book actually takes place before Book #1, revealing information about Bravo Team leading up to the point of the mansion. Obviously, the main character of this story is Rebecca Chambers as she and an escaped convict named Billy Coen must team together to take out a crazed Umbrella scientist. This book basically takes you on the journey that you'd go on while playing Resident Evil: Zero. A new type of virus is explained that has a lot to do with leeches and many other deadly animals and creatures. Rebecca and Billy must work together and make sure they can trust each other as they try to survive a madman's facility and his evil creations coming after them with deadly intentions on the mind. What did happen to the Bravo Team before the mansion incident?
